The 2026 SAEM Western Regional Meeting was held March 13-14, 2026, at Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, California. This meeting allowed emergency medicine (EM) faculty, fellows, residents, and medical students the opportunity to present research, educational innovations, and case reports; engage in interactive workshops and simulation sessions; and connect with peers and academic leaders from across the Western region.

2026's theme, "Innovations in Teaching," featured plenary sessions led by regional residency programs showcasing creative and effective educational strategies.
