AEM Special Collection: Geriatric Emergency Medicine

Academic Emergency Medicine is proud to hallmark geriatrics and caring for our aging population with a two-part special collection entitled "Geriatric Emergency Medicine."
The full collection is devoted to a series of original articles, research letters, commentaries, reflections, and letters showcasing the growing medical and healthcare literature of best practices and concepts when providing emergency care to our aging population. The first collection of articles is available now with the second collection to follow. 
 
In one easy-to-access compendium, the collection brings together the latest articles on innovative research, impactful education, and forward-thinking practices that enhance geriatric emergency care. Of note, this collection spotlights the updated Geriatrics Emergency Department Guidelines and their systematic reviews supporting evidence-based practices that will shape the next generation of geriatric emergency medicine clinicians, educators, and researchers.
