The 2026 SAEM Great Plains Regional Meeting will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the Country Club of Missouri in Columbia. This event allows emergency medicine residents and faculty to present their research and scholarly activity in a forum that fosters development and productivity within emergency medicine.

Submissions are now being accepted for abstracts, interest cases, medical education innovations, and SimWars. All education submissions are due August 31, 2026.

The exhibit space will allow you to display your products or services. Exhibit space includes:

  • Conference attendee list for those participants who have given us permission to share their contact information
Exhibit Fees

Please note that exhibit fees do not include hotel accommodation or travel.

  • For Profit: $1,000 (two complimentary registrations and full access to the conference; additional staff must register as attendees)
  • Non-Profit: $500 (one complimentary registration; additional staff must register as attendees)
