The 2026 SAEM Western Regional Meeting will be held March 13-14, 2026, at Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, California. This meeting is a great opportunity for emergency medicine (EM) faculty, fellows, residents, and medical students to present research, educational innovations, and case reports; engage in interactive workshops and simulation sessions; and connect with peers and academic leaders from across the Western region.

This year's theme, "Innovations in Teaching," will feature plenary sessions led by regional residency programs showcasing creative and effective educational strategies.
