Measuring What Matters: Leveraging Data to Improve Well Being Across Emergency Medicine

In this webinar, sponsored by the SAEM Wellness Committee, The topic, wellbeing initiatives across an Emergency Medicine Service Line within a large health system is discussed. An overview is provided of the health system and service line structure, review recent wellbeing and engagement survey data. Also, it is highlighted how these findings helped drive meaningful, data-informed interventions to improve staff wellbeing, engagement, and workplace culture across EM.
