The panel of speakers will discuss topics such as defining and understanding our mental health and well-being as individuals, the importance of recognizing EM is a physically and emotionally demanding specialty and we as EM physicians all experience triumphs as well as struggles, and advice on how we can seek help for ourselves when needed as well as how we can best support the mental health and well-being of our colleagues.
