Exhibitor Representative Registration

Each booth package includes an allotment of badges.  The number of badges in the allotment is determined by the level (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) that was purchased.

Additional booth staff badges can be purchased for $75 each. Registration opens in early December 2023.

All representatives staffing your booth must be pre-registered with the SAEM office no later than April 30, 2024. Onsite changes could cause a delay in accessing the exhibit hall. We appreciate your assistance in streamlining this process.

Passes to the exhibit hall are $75 each. Passes for admission to educational sessions are available only to representatives of exhibiting companies. Contact us for more information on purchasing passes to educational sessions.
