To promote diversity and inclusion in geriatric emergency medicine, the Academy of Geriatric Emergency Medicine (AGEM) and the Academy for Diversity and Inclusion in Emergency Medicine (ADIEM) host their first ever combined AGEM/ADIEM webinar. Topics include ageism as a concept, "elder speak," and age-related disparities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
