SAEM Hackathon Webinar Learning Series: Foundational Approaches Problem-Solving

In this inaugural session of the SAEM Hackathon Webinar Learning Series, we will explore how to think about the "big picture" questions when approaching a data and informatics problem. This session is open to anyone interested in a primer on approaching problems with an informatics lens, and is especially helpful for those who are interested in participating in the Hackathon event at SAEM26. It will be led by Abby Orr, MSHI, RN, the Director of Informatics in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis. In her role, she takes an informatics lens to major hospital and system-wide challenges on a daily basis.
