Clinical Leadership in Critical Care Situations

This session, sponsored by the Academy for Women in Academic Emergency Medicine (AWAEM), will feature Dr. Chary and Dr. Molina as they discuss leadership styles and concepts relevant to leading clinical teams in crisis and critical care situations. The grand rounds will also focus on how these principles apply to women physicians. This AWAEM grand rounds is intended for clinicians transitioning to new roles (e.g. junior to senior resident, resident to attending, attending joining a new healthcare system, etc.).
