Using Simulation to Promote DEI in Residency
This session is designed to teach the learner how to use simulation to effectively teach different aspects of diversity and inclusion with regards to race/ethnicity, gender, gender identity, and disabilities. Presenters will highlight some of the areas where simulation may be applicable for integration into a diversity and inclusion emergency medicine residency curriculum. Participants will leave this session with list of best practices when incorporating simulation into EM residency didactics.
