Thomas K. Hagerman, MD

Dr. Hagerman is a fourth-year resident in the combined emergency and internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He plans to pursue a fellowship in geriatrics after residency and a career in academic emergency medicine with a focus on care for older adults. In this GET HOME Safe project he will develop and evaluate a standardized conversation tool for emergency medicine residents to utilize to facilitate high quality discharge conversations.
