Meauring What Matters: Leveraging Data to Improve Well-Being Across Emergency Medicine

In this webinar, sponsored by the SAEM Wellness Committee, we will discuss wellbeing initiatives across an Emergency Medicine Service Line within a large health system. We will provide an overview of the health system and service line structure, review recent wellbeing and engagement survey data, and highlight how these findings helped drive meaningful, data-informed interventions to improve staff wellbeing, engagement, and workplace culture across EM.
