"Faculty Development for Academic Emergency Physicians: A Needs Assessment”

The goals of the education research project are to describe the current state of EM faculty development and to identify unique faculty development needs for academic EM physicians.We hypothesize that identification of factors required for developing successful academic EM physicians will better inform curriculum design, resource preparation and management, and support the development of successful, fulfilled academic EM leaders.
