Didactic sessions cover a broad range of educational topics in key categories and at all career levels.
Guidelines
The Program Committee has developed Recommended Best Practices for SAEM Didactics Submissions to help you develop your didactic submission(s). It provides specific guidance on:
- Selecting your speaker(s)
- Creating the content and objectives
The guide also provides additional information about the selection process, as well as examples of successful submissions from previous Annual Meetings.
Note that tables and figures are not permitted in SAEM26 didactic submissions.
Didactic acceptance letters will be sent to submitters on or before December 10, 2025.
SAEM26 Disclosure Form
The ACCME requires all individuals in a position to control the content of a certified CME activity to disclose all commercial financial relationships occurring within the past 24 months.
All SAEM26 presenters are required to submit a Disclosure of Relationships with Commercial Interests, which may be completed through the speaker portal.
If you have questions or need assistance accessing your speaker portal, please contact the SAEM Education Department.
