Residency & Fellowship Fair Program Registration
The SAEM RAMS Residency & Fellowship Fair is a prominent event in the annual emergency medicine application cycle, giving institutions the opportunity to showcase their residency and fellowship programs to hundreds of medical students and emergency medicine residents looking to find their perfect residency or fellowship.

Residency & Fellowship Fair at SAEM26
The in-person Residency & Fellowship Fair will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2026, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Your in-person registration includes one six-foot table and two chairs. Combine your residency and fellowship programs into one display or purchase two separate tables. (If you wish your programs to be located next to each other, please complete just one form with both requests.)
Register by April 1 to be included in on-site printed posters.
Virtual Residency & Fellowship Fair
The Virtual Residency & Fellowship Fair will be held July 20 - 23, 2026.
During 50-minute interactive zoom calls, program representatives meet with prospective residents and fellows from across the globe. This popular event provides programs an opportunity to highlight what makes them unique and answer questions from attendees. This time is yours and you can design how you wish to guide the conversation.
Programs select preferred days and 50-minute time slots on a first-come, first-served basis closer to the event.
