Exhibitor Representative Registration


Each booth package includes an allotment of badges. The number of badges in the allotment is determined by the level:

Premier Level: 4 Badges

Select Level: 3 Badges

Classic Level: 2 Badges

Additional booth staff badges can be purchased. Contact us at exhibitors@saem.org for pricing. Registration opens in early December 2025.

All representatives staffing your booth must be pre-registered with the SAEM office no later than May 1, 2026. Onsite changes could cause a delay in accessing the exhibit hall. We appreciate your assistance in streamlining this process.
