Registration Information
Registration Hours (Eastern Time)
- Sunday, May 17: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Monday, May 18: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, May 19: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 20: 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- Thursday, May 21: 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
If You Preregistered
Use the self-service kiosks near the registration desk in the Marquis Ballroom Foyer (Level M) to print your badges and tickets. Badge holders and lanyards are available onsite.
If You Are Registering on Site
Visit our fully staffed registration desk in the Marquis Ballroom Foyer (Level M). Our team is available to help during registration hours.
Note: All attendees—including members, nonmembers, partners, children, and guests—must register and wear badges to access sessions, the exhibit hall, and most events.
Annual Meeting App
Download the SAEM Annual Meeting app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Log in with your SAEM username and password to:
- Browse sessions, workshops, and events
- View abstracts, learning objectives, and speaker information
- Navigate the exhibit hall and create a personalized exhibitor list
- Customize your schedule and plan your experience

Need Assistance?
- Visit the App Help Desk or Member Services, both located in the International Hall Foyer (Level I).
- Look for Medical Student Ambassadors (MSAs) in blue, SAEM RAMS-branded jackets throughout the event space.
- SAEM staff will also be available at the registration desk during registration hours and at the SAEM Booth #315 during exhibit hours.

The Oasis
The Oasis (L503, Level L) is a calm, screen-free space to pause and recharge, supporting focus and wellbeing throughout the Annual Meeting. The Oasis also offers special programming, including a wellness session (Tuesday, May 19 at 8:00 a.m.) and therapy dogs (Wednesday, May 20 at 11:30 a.m.).

Family and Prayer Room
SAEM is proud to offer both a family room (L404, Level L) and prayer room (L405, Level L) to meet the needs of our Annual Meeting attendees. The family room provides a quiet, comfortable space for attendees with caregiving needs, with amenities including a refrigerator, changing table, wipes and sanitizer, seating, water, and light snacks. The prayer room offers a private, welcoming space for reflection, meditation, or religious observance, and is designed to support a range of faiths and personal practices.

Speaker Ready Room
Presenters may review slides in the Speaker Ready Room (Room A703, Level A). In accordance with CME guidelines, presenter disclosures and bios were due by April 1, and final presentation slides were due by April 10. Only presenters with no conflicts of interest may edit slides onsite.
