As the volume and accessibility of health information continue to increase, so does the need to better understand how it shapes patient outcomes, clinical decision-making, and public trust. This consensus conference will explore the growing impact of health information quality on emergency care by bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders—including physicians, researchers, public health experts, and patient representatives—to evaluate the current landscape and develop a 10-year research agenda, with the goal of strengthening the evidence base, informing clinical practice, and supporting emergency care professionals in navigating an evolving information environment.
