Affiliated Meeting Space Requests
Organizations and groups that wish to schedule Board, Committee, or other non-educational
meetings in conjunction with the SAEM Annual Meeting must request space in advance beginning in December, 2022.
Space is available for meetings of 5-25 people and for 4 hour blocks. SAEM provides the space for a charge of $250 per meeting.
SAEM will not provide meeting space during the Keynote presentation or Plenary Session.
