Thank you for contributing to the advancement of academic emergency medicine as a presenter at SAEM26. The SAEM Annual Meeting is the premier venue for career academicians to present original research and educational innovations in emergency medicine.

SAEM26 Disclosure Form
The ACCME requires all individuals in a position to control the content of a certified CME activity to disclose all commercial financial relationships occurring within the past 24 months.
All SAEM26 presenters are required to submit a Disclosure of Relationships with Commercial Interests, which may be completed through the speaker portal.
If you have questions or need assistance accessing your speaker portal, please contact the SAEM Education Department.
Important SAEM26 Presenter Deadlines
April 1: Deadline for Author/Presenter/Presenting Author Changes
Access these instructions for adding or changing authors/presenters/presenting authors.
April 1: Deadline to Update or Complete Disclosures and Bio Information
To update or complete disclosures and bios, log into the SAEM26 Submission System and look for the Speaker Portal in the box in the left-hand side under My Applications (click "All"). View or edit the Speaker Portal by clicking on the blue link on the right-side of the tile.
April 10: Deadline to Upload Slides
Upload presentation slides, including the required disclosure slide.
April 24: Deadline to Edit Slides
Presentations in which any presenter has something to disclose and presentations in an AEMP session may not be edited after April 24. Other presentations with no conflicts of interest from any presenter may be edited onsite.
To upload slides, log into the SAEM26 Submission System and look for a Presentation Upload entry for each presentation in which you are participating, located in the left-hand side under My Applications (click "All"). Within the appropriate Presentation Upload tile, click "edit" on the right-side of the tile to upload slides or indicate that you do not have slides to upload.
Due to strict CME requirements, these deadlines must be followed and cannot be extended. If you have questions or need assistance, please email education@saem.org.
