Job Pavilion

Located in the Exhibit Hall, the SAEM Job Pavilion is a dedicated destination for attendees interested in exploring career opportunities and advancing their professional goals in academic emergency medicine. By bringing recruiting institutions and career-focused organizations together in one centralized space, the pavilion makes it easy for visitors to have focused, high-value conversations about jobs, leadership pathways, mentorship, and career growth. Designed for clinicians and educators at every career stage—from residents and fellows to senior faculty—the Job Pavilion offers an efficient, intentional environment where attendees can explore opportunities, ask informed questions, and connect with organizations shaping the future of the specialty.

Knowledge Hub

Located within the Jobs Pavilion, the Knowledge Hub is a centralized career-development destination offering short, practical micro-programming on the exhibit floor. Through 15–20 minute sessions, attendees receive actionable guidance on topics such as CV development, interviewing, and career transitions, while gaining insight into what recruiters are really looking for. By pairing focused education with proximity to recruiters, this hub prepares attendees for confident, productive career conversations they can apply immediately.

Roundtable Hub

Located within SAEM booth #315 in the SAEM26 Exhibit Hall, the Roundtable Hub is a welcoming conversation space designed to extend learning beyond the session room. Following select sessions, speakers and session leaders host informal, 30–45 minute discussions where attendees can continue the conversation, ask questions they didn’t have time to raise, and explore session topics in a more interactive, small-group setting. This hub offers deeper engagement with session content, direct access to presenters, and meaningful peer-to-peer exchange.

Academies Hub
The Academies Hub, located within SAEM booth #315 in the SAEM26 Exhibit Hall, provides a dedicated space for attendees to connect with representatives from SAEM’s nine Academies at scheduled times throughout the meeting. Each Academy represents a distinct community within academic emergency medicine, bringing together members with shared interests and expertise. Attendees can learn about Academy initiatives, explore career pathways, network with peers, and discuss opportunities to collaborate in education, research, policy, and faculty development.
