*CDP and CAEMA tuition includes CDP session two and CAEMA session one ONLY. Participants planning to attend the AACEM/AAAEM Annual Retreat in its entirety are required to register.
For adult guests (21 and over), the price to attend the Opening Reception (Sunday, March 21, 2027; 6:30pm) is $100 per event. For guests under 21 years, the cost to attend the Opening Reception is $50. Please see the registration link to add guests at these events.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to January 25, 2027. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after January 25, 2027.

Host Hotel Reservations
The JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District, 500 W. River St., Savannah, GA, is the official host hotel for the 2027 AACEM/AAAEM Annual Retreat. This location offers a unique riverfront setting in the heart of historic Savannah, blending rich history, distinctive architecture, dining, entertainment, and easy access to the city’s top attractions.
The JW Marriott is offering a group rate $289 USD per night, which will conclude when the room block is full or on February 19, 2027.
Administrators, please plan to arrive at the resort before 1:00 pm ET on Sunday, March 21st, for the AAAEM General Session. Chairs, please plan to arrive at the resort before 6:00 pm ET on Sunday, March 21st, for the AACEM/AAAEM Retreat Opening Reception. Programming ends on Wednesday, March 24th, by 11:00 am ET.
Air Travel
Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV): The closest airport to the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District is Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV), located approximately 10.4 miles from the hotel (about a 15–20 minute drive).
Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) – approximately 35–40 miles from the hotel; 50–70 minutes by car. This is the closest alternate airport, although flight options are more limited.
Charleston International Airport (CHS) – approximately 105–110 miles from the hotel; about 2 hours by car. A good alternative with a broader selection of flights.
Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) – approximately 135 miles from the hotel; about 2–2¼ hours by car.
