Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Antiracism (IDEA) Committee

This committee facilitates a culture where IDEA principles are respected and intentionally valued by implementing thoughtful, practical, iterative, and innovative strategies that can serve as a model for our members and their respective organizations. Strategic Planning Committee

This committee is responsible for recommending AAAEM's long- and short-term strategies for effective operations.

Nominating Committee

This committee actively engages in activities that foster the growth, retention, and satisfaction of the organization's members. Communications Committee

Benchmark Committee
