The SAEM Consensus Conferences bring together nationally recognized experts, researchers, educators, clinicians, and thought leaders to address emerging challenges and identify future priorities in academic emergency medicine. Through collaborative discussion and the exchange of diverse perspectives, participants develop recommendations that influence research, education, and clinical practice long after the Annual meeting concludes. By supporting a Consensus Conference, your organization demonstrates its commitment to advancing scientific collaboration, innovation, and the future of emergency medicine.

Collaboration Supporter - $15,000

One per Consensus Conference. The highest level of support, recognizing organizations that are committed to advancing collaboration, research, and innovation in emergency medicine. Benefits include:

  • Opportunity for shared academic credit and dual-attribution on papers resulting from the conference
  • Recognition as the Collaboration Supporter of one Consensus Conference
  • Prominent acknowledgement/disclosure of support will be communicated through the following:
    • On the SAEM27 Consensus Conference webpage with a direct link to the organization's website
    • Three acknowledgements via SAEM social media channels communicated in advance of the conference

Innovation Supporter - $10,000

Recognizes organizations committed to supporting innovative research, education, and collaboration within academic emergency medicine. Benefits include:
