AEUS Committees

Becoming an active AEUS committee member helps you meet academicians of all experience levels who can help execute ideas and projects you want to pursue. There are standing duties that each committee are focused on, but all new ideas are most welcome.

SonoGames Organizing Committee

SonoGames can't run without you! The SonoGames Organizing Committee places calls for AEUS volunteers to become adjunct faculty and help design stations, form questions, and facilitate the running of SonoGames on the day. This is a great opportunity to learn from the most innovative educators within emergency medicine and contribute your own flavor to the Games!

Research Awards Committee

The Research Awards Committee works in the months ahead of the Annual Meeting to find all the AEUS member manuscripts. The committee uses a scoring process to rank nominations for the AEUS Faculty, Fellow, and Resident Research Awards that will be presented at the SAEM Annual Meeting. This is a fantastic way to learn about high quality research that AEUS members are pursuing, and shows how we continue to advance the field of clinical ultrasound.

Web & Social Media Committee

The Web & Social Media Committee is responsible for the website, publication of all AEUS content, organization of our community boards, and social media displays. Members will also create a bank of resources that can be easily circulated to members via regular social media posts.
