About Us:
Vision: To promote the use of research for the benefit of patients in emergency departments and other acute care settings.
Mission:
The mission of the Evidence-Based Medicine Interest Group of the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine is:
-To attract the input and participation of the membership in the field of Evidence-Based Medicine.
-To provide a forum for discussion and dissemination of new ideas and concepts in Evidence-Based Medicine.
-To facilitate the delivery and dissemination of important thematic aspects and details of Evidence-Based Medicine to the general membership of the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine, and therefore to the specialty of Emergency Medicine.
