Claim CME or CPE Credit

After SAEM26 concludes, attendees will receive an email with a link to an electronic form.
Once you click into the form, select “Physician” as the Certificate Type and enter information in any fields that are not pre-populated; then click Next. (If you only want to document meeting attendance, choose the Non-physician Certificate.)
Complete the CME evaluation (required for claiming CME credit and obtaining a CME Certificate); then click Next.
Claim the number of credits commensurate with your participation in SAEM26 (up to 27 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM) and enter your name as you would like it to appear on the CME Certificate; then click Next.
Click Submit.
Check your email for a message that includes your CME Certificate. If you do not receive your certificate within 24 hours, please email SAEM Education staff at education@saem.org.
Download/save your CME Certificate in your files.

After SAEM26 concludes, attendees will receive an email with a link to an electronic form.

Click Submit.
Check your email for a message that includes your Certificate of Participation. If you do not receive your certificate within 24 hours, please email SAEM Education staff at education@saem.org.
Download/save your Certificate of Participation in your files.

After SAEM26 concludes, attendees will receive an email with a link to an electronic form.
Once you click into the form, select “Pharmacist” as the Certificate Type and enter information in any fields that are not pre-populated; then click Next.
Click the link that reads “Click here to access the instructions to claim CPE credit” for additional information.
Follow the instructions for claiming CPE credit by July 13, 2026.
