Award and scholarship nominations for the will open on October 12, 2026 and close December 4, 2026.

All AEMP awards will be presented at the AEMP All-Member meeting at SAEM27 in San Francisco, California. All nominees must be a current SAEM and AMEP member. Self-nominations are welcome and encouraged.

 

Eligibility

  • Current SAEM member
  • Ineligible for 5 years after receiving the award
  • Members of the AEMP Executive Committee, AEMP Membership Committee Chair, the AEMP awards charge lead, and those included in scoring are ineligible to receive scholarships

Selection Criteria

  1. Evidence of innovation and support of emergency medicine pharmacy practices
  2. An EM provider whose colleagues feel serves as an exemplary role model and advocate for the profession of pharmacy
  3. Local, regional, or national involvement and presence in emergency medicine and pharmacy (e.g., through professional organizations/committees, research consortiums, presentations, abstracts, posters, etc.)

Required Documentation

  • Nominee’s CV
  • One nomination letter detailing nominee’s impact (maximum 2 pages). A nomination letter may be submitted by current or former colleagues, mentors, mentees or employers
