2026 Awards and Scholarships: OPEN

AEMP 2026 Travel Scholarship Application 

Award and scholarship nominations for the 2026 season will open in January 5, 2026 and close February 6, 2026.

All AEMP awards will be presented at the AEMP All-Member meeting at SAEM26 in Atlanta. All nominees must be a current SAEM and AMEP member. Self-nominations are welcome and encouraged.

 

 

Required Documentation for ALL Awards
  1. Nominee's CV
  2. One nomination letter detailing nominee's impact (maximum 2 pages). A nomination letter may be submitted by current or former colleagues, mentors, mentees, or employers.

AEMP Travel Scholarship Details
Travel scholarships cover registration to the annual meeting ($475)

  • Registration to AEMP26 includes registration to SAEM26

  • If already registered for the meeting prior to receiving the scholarship, you will receive reimbursement for registration.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Active membership to AEMP/SAEM
  • Planning to attend AEMP26 Conference and/or SAEM annual meeting
  • Members of the AEMP Steering Committee, AEMP Membership Committee Chair, AEMP scholarship charge lead, and those included in scoring are ineligible to receive scholarships
  • Ineligible for 3 years after receiving the award
