Bylaws
The Bylaws of the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine serve as a guide for the governance of the organization and its membership. Amendments to the Bylaws are considered by the Constitution and Bylaws Committee, which gives its recommendation to the Board before formal consideration of any proposed changes by the membership.
