Important Reminders for Grant Applicants

We look forward to receiving your proposal! Please ensure you meet all eligibility criteria before submitting—SAEMF strictly enforces these requirements, and ineligible applications will not be reviewed.

All materials must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. CT on August 1, 2025. Late submissions or post-deadline edits will not be accepted.

Before submitting:

  • Review the eligibility criteria in the RFA and Detailed Instructions.

  • Double-check that all required materials are uploaded correctly.

  • Verify that your SAEM membership is active.  You should log in to your SAEM member account to confirm that you are a current member, even if you believe you already are a member. Applicants that do not meet membership criteria will be rejected without being reviewed.

We strongly recommend submitting early and coordinating with your institution’s Grants and Sponsored Projects office to meet internal deadlines.
