1.Develop a pre-conference for next year high risk/low frequency procedures; Low Cost-Innovative Models ; Sim for Diversity
2. Develop a didactic (partnering with ADIEM and AWAEM on how to address diversity issues with simulation) - Create a workgroup to identify core elements amenable to Simulation training.
3. Solicit and review didactic submissions to sponsor for the 2020 conference
4. Revamp the Sim Fellows forum format - will be the responsibility of this committee
5. Develop the online Simulation Guides/Resources – job descriptions, curricular guides
