The special SAEM room block rate of $279 for single or double occupancy will be available starting December 1, 2022. Deadline to book is 5 p.m. local time on April 22, 2023. Rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bedding types are on a request basis. A valid major credit card is required to hold a room.

Cancellation

There will be no charge to your credit card if change or cancellation notice is received at least 48 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

SAEM, our annual meeting venue, and official annual meeting hotels comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you require special assistance onsite, please contact the staff at SAEM Headquarters at meetings@saem.org or (847) 813-9823. Accommodation requests would be appreciated by March 13, our registration early bird deadline, to allow us to best assist you.

COVID-19 Policy

SAEM continues to monitor, and will be following, the latest CDC guidelines for the SAEM Annual Meeting. At a minimum, all attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated and complete personal daily health screenings each morning prior to joining the conference. Those feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms will be asked to isolate and not attend the conference. Additional direction regarding testing and masking, as well as other preventative measures, will be guided by CDC recommendations and announced closer to the event date.
