SAEM23 Disclosure Form for Speakers/Presenters/Presenting Authors

The ACCME requires all individuals in a position to control the content of a certified CME activity to disclose all relevant commercial financial relationships occurring within the past 24 months.

Pursuant to the requirement of a Continuing Medical Education meeting, financial relationships or other relevant conflicts of interest for all presenters and presenting authors must be disclosed.

All speakers, presenters, and presenting authors should download and submit a Disclosure of Relationships with Commercial Interests/Speaker Resolution Form to education@saem.org.
