How does climbing help you manage stress, achieve work-life balance, and/or contribute to your overall health and well-being?

Climbing helps me to maintain a healthy balance because it requires the use of my mind, strength, balance, and calm. It puts challenges in front of me, requires me to use my entire body and mind to meet them, and allows me to interact with people outside of the stress of the ED. It also promotes teamwork because you have to work with others, depend on them, and help them at the same time.
