COVID-19 Policy

Protocols

• Vaccine: During the registration process, all attendees self-attested to having either received the COVID-19 vaccine or agreed to mask.
• Testing: All attendees are encouraged to test prior to travel to SAEM23.
• Screening: All attendees are kindly asked to do a personal health screen each morning prior to attending the conference. If you have any infectious symptoms, we ask that you do not attend.
• Masks: Mask wearing is welcomed, but not required. Complimentary masks will be available at the registration desk and member services desk onsite.  

SAEM reserves the right to enforce additional COVID-19 protocols based on CDC recommendations and/or local mandates.
