Faculty Development Committee

1. Promote mentorship within the Simulation Academy.
2. Mentoring mixer at SAEM Annual meeting
3. Virtual mentoring events throughout the year
4. Create a podcast to increase viewership/reach of senior simulation mentors
5. Create a didactic portion of SAEM Sim Academy meeting around simulation faculty development (promotion and tenure, etc)
6. Create a ""Mentorship hour"" virtual series that addresses topics related to faculty development, and recruit mentors to speak
