Residency Vacancy Service

The SAEM Residency Vacancy Service was established to assist residency programs and prospective emergency medicine residents. Residency programs are invited to list their unexpected vacancies or additional openings and SAEM monitors and updates the listings. Prospective emergency medicine residents are invited to review these listings and contact the residency programs. Listings are deleted only when the residency program informs the SAEM office that the positions are filled.

Also, prospective residents may also wish to keep informed of newly approved residency programs. The Residency Review Committee for Emergency Medicine (RRC-EM) meets twice a year (September and February). New programs are published in the October and March SAEM Newsletters.

If you would like a Residency Vacancy updated, removed or added please email techsupport@saem.org with the correct information.
