All applications must be submitted electronically to grants@saem.org, including letters of recommendation.  All applications must be received on the due date by 5pm Central time.  If electronic signatures are not available please submit the application and letters of recommendation electronically without signatures. Applications must be in a single file (PDF format only) and attached to an email. The subject line of the email should indicate the grant for which the applicant is applying.  One hard-copy of the signed application and all supporting documentation should be mailed to the SAEM office at 2340 South River Road, Suite 200, Des Plaines, IL 60018.  The hard-copy must be postmarked on or before the grant due date (e.g., if the electronic deadline is 5pm Central time, August 1, the hard copy must be postmarked on or before August 1).
