Medical Student Research Grant

The Emergency Medicine Foundation (EMF) and Society for Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM) jointly award stipends to encourage medical students to engage in and to be exposed to emergency medicine research. For more information, or to apply for this grant, please visit the EMF website.

July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014

Financial award

The grant is for a maximum of $2,400, at least $1,200 which must be used as a student stipend.

Eligibility Applicant

An application for a EMF/SAEM Medical Student Research Grant may be made by either a specific medical student or by an Emergency Medicine residency program wishing to sponsor a medical student research project.
