: To promote scholarship and to develop life long habits of academic excellence, residents will participate in several scholarly activities throughout their training. Each resident is expected to identify a project to implement over the 4 year program. At the completion of the residency, the resident will be expected to have completed the project and produce a paper or presentation suitable for publication.
