Scholarly activity can occur in any of our 5 service lines: Traditional research, Education, Administration/Operations, EMS and Community Service Three areas of department reserach interest: Cardiovascular, Injury Prevention, Education Number of peer-reviewed abstracts presented last 5 years: Numerous Number of peer-reviewed manuscripts published over the last 5 years: Numerous Number of non peer-reviewed publications over the last 5 years: Describe how the residents meet the requirement to engage in scholarly activity: All residents required to complete scholarly activity in area of interest. Residents can begin project by interacting with faculty and residents with similar interest during dedicated conference time. All projects presented at annual MCW Emergency Medicine Research Forum, with awards for best resident scholarly activity.
