Affiliated Meetings/Reception Request Form
Organizations and groups have found it convenient to schedule Board, committee, or other non-educational meetings in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. As a courtesy, SAEM provides meeting space on a space available and first come/first served basis.

Policies on Satellite Meetings
The purpose of this policy is to set criteria to be used by the Board of Directors when reviewing requests from outside organizations wishing to hold a satellite event in association with an SAEM annual or regional meeting.
