The Geriatric Emergency Care Applied Research (GEAR) Task Force members.
The Geriatric Emergency Care Applied Research (GEAR) Task Force members. will be conducting an open research meeting. Discussion will center around an overview of GEAR, its purpose, time lines, and current progress. Audience participants will have an opportunity to listen in on this open meeting and learn about research priorities in Geriatric emergency care and the future GEAR research infrastructure that is being built.
Goals and Objectives:
- Learn about most recent geriatric emergency care research priorities in cognitive impairment, care transitions, medication safety, falls, and elder abuse.
- Understand what the Geriatric Emergency care Applied Research (GEAR) Network is and future research opportunities.
- Network with GEAR Task Force members.
