The Opening Reception is held Thursday evening and is recognized as one of the larger social gatherings for meeting attendees. The reception is organized as a 1.5-hour event with no other sessions going on during this time.

Includes Silver Booth package and 1 poster.
Coffee breaks will be held in the Exhibit Hall May 15th - 18th. There are a total of 6 opportunities for coffee break sponsorships throughout the week. Choose which one best fits your needs.

Opportunity to have up to 4 24x36 posters that highlight your organization throughout the meeting area. These posters will be pre-approved by SAEM and provided by the exhibitor for SAEM staff to distribute on the floor. (Limited availability)

Take the opportunity to have your organization be seen and worn by SAEM attendee’s while in Atlanta May 16th-18th.
All exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to bring an educator and/or researcher with them to assist in speaking with our attendees about their products and services.

Bronze Booth: $2,500
10x10 pipe and drape booth space, six foot table, two standard chairs, up to 75-word company description in the on-site brochure, two complimentary meeting registration exhibitor passes.
Silver Booth: $2,750
Includes all of the above plus, one quarter-page ad in the SAEM May/June newsletter complete list of preregistered participants (name and institution only).
Gold Booth: $3,000
Includes all of the above plus, one half-page ad in the SAEM on-site brochure and one additional meeting registration exhibitor pass.
Platinum Booth - $3,500
Includes all of the above plus, half page ad in the May/June newsletter, pre-printed flyer inserted in all registration bags, web link on the SAEM Annual Meeting page, post meeting.
