With the results of the recent elections for positions on the Board of Directors of SAEM, the following members will be joining the Board for the 2013-2014 term (pictured from left to right):
Robert Hockberger, MD - President-Elect
Andra L. Blomkalns, MD - Secretary-Treasurer
Kathleen J. Clem, MD, FACEP - Member-at-Large (three-year term)
Amy H. Kaji, MD, PhD - Member-at-Large (three-year term)
James F. Holmes, MD, MPH - Member-at-Large (two-year term)
Brett Rosen, MD - Resident Board Member
Additionally, outgoing secretary-treasurer Deborah B. Diercks, MD, MSc has been elected by the members of the Board to complete the remaining year of the at-large position being vacated as Dr. Blomkalns becomes secretary-treasurer for 2013-2014.
