SAEM is pleased to sponsor the Excellence in Emergency Medicine award. This award is made available to each medical school to select a senior medical student who has demonstrated excellence in the specialty of emergency medicine. Each medical school is limited to one recipient each year. The student selected from each school for the award will receive:

1. One year subscription to the SAEM monthly journal, Academic Emergency Medicine.
2. One year subscription to SAEM Newsletter.
3. One academic year Resident/Medical Student membership in SAEM (July 1, 2008-June 30, 2009).
4. A certificate of "Excellence in Emergency Medicine."

Please complete the award form letting us know the name of the award winner four weeks prior to the date the certificate is needed for graduation/presentation ceremonies. Be sure to fill in the student's address on the form, as we need it to be able to send the various subscriptions to the student. You may fax the form to SAEM at 517-485-0801.
